The reason these on-again and off-again relationships happen because the couple got back together for all the wrong reasons and did not fully deal with the problems that lead to the break up.

While you are excited and looking forward to reliving the great moments with an ex, take a little time and consider these following issues:

Old Wounds need to be healed:

There was a reason for the breakup, has this been fixed or resolved? Just having regrets about the way things ended is not enough, there must be a change.
